- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development among team members to strengthen overall team capabilities.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance within SAP HCM environments.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting payroll modules to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution
