Role Purpose

We are looking for an MIS skilled who can manage, analyze, and interpret sales and marketing data to provide management with clear insights into Lead Cost, Walk-in Cost, Booking Cost, Conversion Ratios, and overall marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate data from various lead-generation sources such as Digital Marketing, Google, Meta, Property Portals, Channel Partners, Events, References, etc.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Calculate and track:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Walk-in (CPW)
- Cost Per Booking (CPB)
- Lead-to-Walk-in Conversion %
- Walk-in-to-Booking Conversion %
- Lead-to-Booking Conversion %
- Marketing Spend vs. Revenue/Booking
- Source-wise and campaign-wise ROI
- Track the complete Lead → Calling → Site Visit/Walk-in → Follow-up → Booking funnel.




- Analyze performance by campaign, source, project, location, salesperson, and time period.
- Identify which marketing channels are generating quality leads and actual bookings, not just lead volumes.
- Prepare source-wise cost and conversion reports to support marketing budget decisions.
- Monitor lead data and identify duplicate, invalid, or poor-quality leads.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Finance teams to ensure accuracy of data.
- Reconcile marketing expenditure with invoices/bills and campaign data.
- Create management dashboards with key KPIs and trends.
- Highlight variances, problem areas, and opportunities to management.
- Automate recurring reports wherever possible using Excel / Power BI / Google Sheets.

Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, dashboards, charts, data validation, etc.
- Good understanding of MIS reporting and data anal
