Job Description

Avinyatech Elevators Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Executive to join our procurement team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing vendors, processing purchase orders, negotiating commercial terms, coordinating inventory requirements, and ensuring the timely availability of materials for elevator installation, maintenance, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities
- Source and develop new vendors
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
- Coordinate with stores, projects, service, and accounts teams
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability
- Maintain procurement records,



vendor documentation, and ERP updates
- Track supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries
- Support cost optimization and procurement planning initiatives

Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in purchase/procurement
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Experience with ERP/SAP and purchase documentation
- Valuable knowledge of inventory and material planning
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, electrical, mechanical, or elevator-related industries preferred
