Influencer Marketing Associate

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Work Mode: Full-time, On-site

Experience: 6 months+

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from creator shortlisting to completion.

* Research and identify relevant influencers based on campaign requirements, audience, content and platform.

* Maintain and regularly update the influencer database and creator contacts.

* Share campaign briefs and coordinate with creators to ensure they understand deliverables.

* Coordinate submissions, revisions, approvals and posting timelines.

* Follow up with creators and talent managers to ensure timely delivery of content.

* Assist with negotiating commercials and deliverables.

* Assist with collecting campaign performance reports and post-campaign data.

What We're Looking For

* 6 months or more of relevant experience in influencer marketing,



talent management, social media, digital marketing or a similar role.

* Basic understanding of how influencer marketing campaigns work.

* Existing contacts with influencers, talent managers or creator agencies is a solid advantage.

* Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube and familiarity with the creator ecosystem.

* Strong communication and follow-up skills.

* Comfortable working on Google Sheets/Excel and maintaining campaign trackers.

* Ability to handle multiple creators and campaign requirements simultaneously.
