Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented EV Team Lead to lead the EV sales team, achieve sales targets, manage customer leads, and support the Sales Manager in driving EV sales and market development in Tirupati and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the EV sales team to achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Allocate leads to sales executives and monitor lead follow-up.
- Track enquiries, test drives, bookings, cancellations, and deliveries.
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Generate new leads through showroom walk-ins, field visits, referrals, digital platforms, events, and local networking.
- Ensure proper product demonstration and test-drive experience for customers.
- Explain EV features, battery technology,



charging requirements, running costs, warranty, finance, and other product advantages.
- Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely conversion of leads into bookings.
- Monitor individual team-member performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Conduct daily team briefings and review sales performance.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, Service, and Delivery teams for smooth customer experience.
- Develop corporate, institutional, fleet, and local business leads.
- Conduct and participate in EV roadshows, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and customer events.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate CRM/DMS records and ensure timely updating of all leads.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate major issues to the Sales Manager.
