L2 MAC & Mobility

Skill : Strong experience in MacOS / IOS / Android management with Intune • Strong experience in the Mobile Automated enrollment process

The role involves managing technical escalations, overseeing shift operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- The individual will act as the technical authority for Tanium infrastructure, mentor team members, and ensure effective communication between clients, internal teams, and management.

Preferred candidate profile

Good understanding and experience with Microsoft EntraID and Active Directory
- Good understanding with Microsoft Azure (Automation, EnterpriseAP, Conditional Access, PIM, Admin Unit and delegation, BLOB Storage, etc.) • Good experience in scripting with PowerShell, Bash
- Good understanding and experience with PowerBI




- Good understanding of Endpoint Security and compliance principle
- Good knowledge on Operating System like MacOS, iOS, Android
- Strong knowledge of device hardware (Apple, Samsung, Zebra)
- Good knowledge in administering Tanium Cloud platform
- Valuable knowledge with Tanium/ Intune RBAC
- Strong experience with Tanium Core Module (Patch, Deploy, Data, Automate, etc.)

• Strong understanding of Tanium core principles like TDS, Sensors, Action Groups, Client Settings, etc.) • Strong experience in MacOS / IOS / Android management with Intune • Strong experience in the Mobile Automated enrollment process
