Role Overview:
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for frontline fundraising roles while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct cold calling and engage with potential candidates to generate interest.
- Screen CVs, walk-ins, and candidates from job portals based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and next steps.
- Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.




- Track and report recruitment data and sourcing effectiveness.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities and improve recruitment strategies.

Required Skills:
- 6 months2 years of recruitment/sourcing experience.
- Experience with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Solid cold calling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate screening and convincing skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
