Job Summary

The Junior Sales Assistant will lead the overall sales strategy and execution for Application(APP), driving merchant acquisition, revenue growth, channel expansion, and customer retention. This role is responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales organization, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding Application presence across target markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

Drive merchant acquisition across retail, SME, enterprise, and corporate segments.

Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales managers and field sales teams.

Build and expand distributor, channel partner, and referral networks.

Acquire and manage key enterprise and strategic merchant accounts.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to improve merchant experience.

Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, and CRM usage.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, merchant onboarding,



and transaction volume targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Male & Female

Experience: 10+ years in Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Education: MBA preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

Fluency in Hindi (Speak) is mandatory.

Proficiency in English is preferred.

Proven experience in FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking, Merchant Acquiring, UPI, POS, Payment Gateway, or Financial Services.

Robust leadership and team management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Accomodation
