MM Hospital, Pappinisseri – Modern Multi-Speciality Hospital is looking for a qualified and experienced Microbiologist to join our Laboratory Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret microbiological tests, cultures, and sensitivity testing.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of microbiology results.
- Monitor quality control and follow laboratory safety and infection control protocols.
- Handle specimen collection, processing, and identification as per SOPs.
- Maintain proper laboratory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with clinicians and other departments regarding microbiology reports.
- Support hospital infection control and antimicrobial stewardship activities.
- Ensure compliance with NABH and laboratory quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- M.Sc. in Microbiology / Medical Microbiology or equivalent.




- Relevant registration/certification as applicable.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hospital/diagnostic laboratory experience preferred.
- Experience in culture, sensitivity, and infection control will be an advantage.
