Reporting: Marketing Head Kotak CIIB & Private Banking

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development & Execution
- Strategy development and execution for the launch of new proposition for ONE SME and Self employed segment.

2. Events & Programmes
- Ideate, plan and execute events and programmes for new client acquisition and engagement with existing clients.
- Ideation and end-to-end execution of events at a national or regional level.
- Develop innovative ideas of engaging with TG at these events.
- Bank events like Maroon 5, Guns n Roses etc.

3. 360 Launch
- Ideate, plan and execute recent product launches across all platforms ATL, BTL.

4. Communication Campaigns

a. Work with cross functional teams to drive marketing campaigns to meet business objectives (both internal and external).
- Content creation video content/podcast/static etc to drive product campaigns.

5. Awards, Media & PR
- Build visibility of leaders through media and PR Ensure consistent media coverage for key stakeholders identified.
- Liaise with PR team to drive launch and coverage for specific launches,



events etc.
- Liaise with group marketing team and coordinate w.r.t award entries submission, report submissions etc and amplification of awards won internal and external, social.

6. Lead the Digital & Social Initiatives
- Lead all digital projects w.r.t creation of current portals, app development, website, NB, MB, WA banking etc.

i. Launch and ongoing maintenance/sustenance campaigns.

ii. Drive SEO, SEM, performance marketing campaigns.

b. Manage & update content regularly across all platforms.

7. Budgeting & Vendor Management
- Timely budgeting process, expense tracking and vendor payments.
