We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused CFO who can provide both strategic leadership and operational financial management. The role requires deep expertise in financial oversight, negotiations, cost optimization, and performance managementboth within ElevenX Capital and across our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Control
- Oversee and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes to guide strategic decisions.
- Implement and enforce budget control mechanisms across the firm and portfolio companies.
- Consolidate financial data across businesses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate, cut,



and optimize costs to drive profitability.

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering
- Review and validate financial reporting of ElevenX Capital and portfolio companies.
- Provide diligence and oversight during investments, M&A;, fundraising, and exits.
- Support leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation, ROI, and performance optimization.
- Drive financial strategies that align with the firm’s growth and scaling goals.

Negotiations & Contract Oversight
- Lead and oversee contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees.
- Manage financial/legal negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes for the firm and its portcos.
- Partner with legal and business teams to reduce risks and improve deal terms.

Performance Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Drive company-wide and employee-level performance management, linking KPIs to financial outcomes.
