Job Title: Estimation Engineer – Fire Safety & Utility Piping

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Estimation Engineer – Fire Safety & Utility Piping responsible for preparing accurate estimates, BOQs, quotations, and tender submissions for Fire Safety and Utility Piping projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and techno-commercial quotations.
- Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Carry out quantity take-offs for fire-fighting systems and utility piping projects.
- Estimate materials, equipment, piping, fittings, valves, accessories, and installation requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, and Project teams for technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare tender submissions and support project costing, variations,



and additional work estimates.
- Maintain estimation records and updated material/vendor rate databases.

Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Fire Safety, Fire Fighting, Utility Piping, MEP, or EPC estimation.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
- Good command of MS Excel and solid analytical skills.
- Knowledge of NFPA standards, fire-fighting systems, and utility piping will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
