Role Title: Regional Head Finance (South)

Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Head Finance & Accounts
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of regional accounts in line with applicable Accounting Standards
- Drive statutory, internal audit compliance and regulatory reporting across the region

Business Planning & MIS
- Lead annual budgeting and trend analysis; provide insights to senior management
- Support short-, medium-, and long-term financial planning and cash management for BIPL plants
- Standardize accounting, MIS processes, and systems to improve accuracy and reduce cycle time

Accounts Payable
- Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements; resolve grievances
- Ensure timely vendor payments and effective fund planning for key expenses
- Address internal and statutory audit queries

Accounts Receivable




- Ensure timely invoicing and collection of customer payments
- Monitor receivables, perform reconciliations, and escalate overdue accounts

Operations & Cost Management
- Support profitability improvement through cost analysis and identification of savings opportunities

Taxation & Compensation
- Oversee tax compliance, filings, and returns
- Ensure data integrity across HRIS, Payroll, and Finance systems

People Management
- Lead manpower planning, performance management, training, and succession planning
- Build a high-performing, motivated finance team

Education & Experience
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: 15+ years in Finance & Accounting
- Relevant Experience: 5+ years in a similar leadership role, preferably in FMCG with manufacturing units
