About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will get practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, documentation, and employee engagement activities.

This is a great prospect for freshers or HR students looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.




- Support attendance, leave, and HR documentation processes.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other documents.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
