Role Description
As a full-time Content Creator based on-site in Chennai, you will develop compelling digital and print content that supports BrixEn’s sales training and coaching programs. You will create educational materials, social media posts, blog articles, videos, and presentations that communicate key concepts in industrial sales and automation.



On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with trainers and leadership to translate program content into engaging learning resources, maintain a consistent brand voice, and update content based on feedback and performance metrics. You will also assist in planning content calendars, optimizing content for audience engagement, and ensuring all materials align with BrixEn’s mission and client needs.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling, with the ability to create clear and engaging educational and marketing materials.
- Experience in digital content creation, including social media, blogs, video scripts, and presentation design.
- Ability to research topics related to sales, coaching, and industrial automation, and convert insights into accessible content.
