Role Description
The Sales Manager role at Growth Grids is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales process end-to-end, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals,



and driving contract closures for technology and digital transformation solutions. This role involves managing key client relationships, understanding industry-specific needs, and collaborating closely with delivery and product teams to align solutions with client goals. The Sales Manager will track performance against sales targets, maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting reports, and provide regular feedback to leadership on market trends and competitive activity. Day-to-day responsibilities also include mentoring sales team members, representing Growth Grids at client meetings and events, and ensuring a high standard of ethical, consultative selling.
