Role & responsibilities
- Ensure 100% fulfilment of manpower requirements across assigned branches within the targeted timeline.
- Coordinate with State Heads, Area Managers, and Branch Managers to identify branch-wise vacancies and hiring requirements.
- Prepare and maintain branch-wise manpower requirement and vacancy trackers.
- Prioritize critical/P1 branches and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Develop sourcing strategies based on branch location, designation, and manpower requirement.
- Conduct branch-level hiring drives and walk-in drives for faster manpower fulfilment.

Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with prior experience in NBFCs, preferably in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) product segments.
- Experience in branch/field-level recruitment within the financial services industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in volume hiring and branch manpower fulfilment are preferred.
