Qualified and semi-qualified Chartered Accountants with relevant work experience in a CA firm/professional services firm will be preferred. Fresher CAs with adequate articleship exposure are also welcome.

Role & responsibilities
The selected candidate will be involved in assignments relating to:
- Transaction Advisory Services
- Internal Audits and Process Audits
- Due Diligence (Financial and Business)
- Business and Equity Valuations
- Financial Analysis and Modelling
- MIS and Management Reporting
- Financial and Business Advisory
- Review and analysis of financial statements and business performance
- Identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities
- Preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables
- Coordination with clients and internal teams for smooth execution of assignments
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, auditing, and financial analysis
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to independently handle assignments and work in a dynamic qualified environment
- Willingness to learn and work across multiple domains and industries
