We are looking for a skilled
Cameraman/Videographer
with 2+ years of experience to capture high-quality photographs and videos for social media, campaigns, events, interviews, and other digital communication requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot high-quality videos and photographs for social media and digital campaigns.
- Cover government events, field visits, public engagements, interviews, and special occasions.
- Create visually engaging footage for Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and documentaries.
- Handle camera equipment, lighting, audio, and other production accessories.
- Plan shots, framing, compositions, and camera movements according to the creative requirement.
- Capture on-ground stories, people, places, culture, tourism, and development initiatives across Arunachal Pradesh.
- Coordinate with content writers, social media teams, and video editors for end-to-end content production.




- Ensure proper storage, organization, and timely delivery of raw footage and photographs.
- Be comfortable with outdoor shoots and frequent travel within Arunachal Pradesh.

Required Skills:
- 2+ years of professional experience in photography/videography.
- Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Valuable understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and storytelling through visuals.
- Experience shooting social media videos, Reels, interviews, and events.
- Basic knowledge of video editing will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in outdoor and field environments.
- Knowledge of Arunachal Pradesh's geography, culture, and local locations will be an advantage.
