Role Summary

Zwayam and DoSelect together offer a powerful end-to-end talent acquisition stack combining intelligent Applicant Tracking (ATS) with advanced skill assessment and hiring evaluation capabilities. This integrated platform enables organizations to streamline sourcing, screening, assessment, interview workflows, and hiring decisions through a unified hiring experience.The SaaS Solutioning Sales Specialist is a strategic client-facing role responsible for driving enterprise sales for both Zwayam ATS and DoSelects assessment suite. The role combines consultative selling, HR tech solutioning, and recruitment domain expertise to help enterprises modernize their hiring ecosystem. The individual will engage CHROs, TA leaders, L&D; teams, and business stakeholders to position the combined value of recruitment workflow automation and data-driven candidate evaluation.This role requires managing complex sales cycles, designing tailored ATS + assessment solutions, influencing multiple stakeholders,



and driving enterprise deals from discovery to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Hiring Solutioning: Lead discovery discussions with HR, Talent Acquisition, CIO, L&D;, and business leaders to understand hiring challenges and design integrated ATS + assessment solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Integrated Value Selling: Position the combined strength of Zwayam ATS and DoSelect Assessments to improve hiring efficiency, candidate quality, skill validation, and recruiter productivity.
- Deal Leadership: Own end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise opportunities involving multiple stakeholders, long procurement cycles, and customized solution requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, Heads of L&D;, CIO/IT teams, and hiring leaders; navigate complex buying committees effectively.
