Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, skilled networks, and referrals
• Handle the complete hiring cycle sourcing to onboarding
• Conduct pre-screening and interviews; coordinate with hiring managers
• Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Evaluate candidates for skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values
• Use various assessment techniques to assess candidate capabilities
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in ATS
