Role Description

This is a full-time entry level role for an Export Sales Associate - Fresher, located in Mumbai. Please only apply if you have 0-1 year of experience. This role will learn the work of the export and international sales team by identifying potential overseas customers, gathering market data, and assisting in the preparation of quotations and proposals. Daily tasks include conducting market research on target countries and industries, maintaining and updating sales and customer databases, and coordinating with internal teams on product information, documentation, and logistics requirements. The role also involves drafting skilled email communications, following up with prospective clients,



and supporting the team in preparing presentations and sales reports. This position offers exposure to global trade practices and the opportunity to learn about the chemical, pharmaceutical, and related industries.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with international clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze industry trends, and gather data on potential customers and export opportunities.
- Keen interest in International Sales and Sales activities, such as lead generation, follow-ups, and basic sales reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business, Commerce, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
