Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Materials Management, Stores, Supply Chain or related field
- Experience: Relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction Projects
- Solid knowledge of Stores, Inventory
- Experience in ERP / D365 will be an added advantage
- Candidates with Kerala project experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Project Stores & Inventory Operations
- Monitor Material Receipt, Issue & Stock Balance
- Control Material Consumption & Inventory Ageing
- Conduct Physical Stock Verification & Material Reconciliation
- Monitor Slow-Moving & Non-Moving Inventory
- Implement Stores SOPs & Process Improvements
- Ensure proper Material Storage, Identification & Space Utilization
- Handle Stores Documentation, Audit & MIS Reporting
- Coordinate with Purchase, Finance, Project & Planning Teams
- Manage Store Team & Day-to-Day Store Operations

Skills Preferred:
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Advanced Excel knowledge including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis and MIS reporting.
- Good communication and team coordination skills
