We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to lead search engine optimisation strategies for our agency's diverse client portfolio. You'll be the driving force behind our SEO initiatives, working closely with our web development, content, and link-building teams to deliver measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple agency clients




- Create detailed recommendations for landing page optimisations and on-page improvements
- Conduct technical SEO audits independently and review audits completed by team members
- Collaborate closely with web developers, content writers, and link builders to implement SEO best practices
- Manage and guide the link-building team, overseeing outreach strategies and backlink quality
- Stay current with the latest SEO algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices, and integrate these into client strategies
- Quality-check all deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Prepare client reports with support from the team, providing transparent insights and actionable recommendations
- Review and provide constructive feedback on all SEO-related work prepared by team members

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior SEO Specialist or similar senior SEO role, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong technical SEO knowledg
