About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and leading the complete sales lifecycle for IT services. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Founder to shape business strategy, expand market presence, and contribute directly to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition across India and international markets.
- Work closely with the Founder to execute business growth and revenue strategies.
- Identify, qualify, and convert recent business opportunities through multiple sales channels.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Founders, and key decision-makers.




- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project onboarding.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, CRM updates, and revenue forecasts.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Requirements :
- Proven track record in domestic and international B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools is preferred.
