Job Title: Education Counsellor / Admissions Counsellor

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, handling admission enquiries, explaining courses and admission procedures, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting qualified leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.

Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

Convert enquiries and leads into admissions while achieving assigned targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and admissions.

Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrolment process.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust counselling, convincing, and follow-up abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

1–3 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, inside sales, or a related field is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
