Business Development Manager

Qualification : B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental Engineering preferred

Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and growing the company’s Wet Cyclone Separator, Cyclonic Wet Scrubber and related Air Pollution Control business across India.

The role involves identifying new industrial applications, developing customer relationships, generating enquiries, understanding technical requirements, preparing techno-commercial solutions and converting business opportunities into profitable orders.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer visits through technical proposal, negotiation, order finalisation and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and execute business development strategies for Wet Cyclone Separators, Cyclonic Wet Scrubbers and Air Pollution Control Systems.
- Identify and develop current customers, applications and business opportunities across India.
- Generate qualified leads and enquiries through direct marketing, customer visits, networking, industry contacts and EPC channels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, consultants, EPC companies and pollution-control project organisations.
- Understand customer process requirements and coordinate with the technical team to develop suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present technical and techno-commercial proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, technical discussions and product presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely order finalisation.
