Role Overview

We’re looking for a
Junior Copywriter
with
1–2 years of experience
who is passionate about words, ideas, and storytelling.

At
Valuable-Bee IMS
, you’ll work on a variety of creative projects across branding, experiential, events, digital campaigns, and social media. You’ll collaborate with creative, design, marketing, and strategy teams to develop engaging content that connects brands with their audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative copy for branding, experiential, events, digital, and social media campaigns.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear, engaging, and creative communication.
- Write copy for social media posts, websites, blogs, presentations, campaign materials, and marketing collaterals.
- Assist in developing campaign concepts, taglines, headlines, scripts, and creative content.
- Adapt writing style and tone according to different brands, audiences, and communication requirements.
- Work closely with designers and creative teams to ensure copy and visuals work together effectively.




- Support the team in developing content for internal marketing and brand communication.
- Research brands, industries, audiences, and current trends to develop relevant content.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Be open to feedback and continuously improve writing and creative skills.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, advertising, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong command of written English, grammar, and sentence structure.
- Good storytelling and creative writing skills.
- Ability to write both short-form and long-form content.
- Understanding of social media content and digital communication.
- Ability to understand a brief and develop relevant content.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
