We're hiring a VP to lead the design, solutioning, and delivery of end-to-end Finance & Accounting business process solutions. This senior leadership role owns solution shaping in client pursuits, drives F&A; transformation and digital enablement, and manages the commercial and operational integrity of engagements.

Role & responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture for large, complex F&A; pursuits deal shaping, RFP/RFI response strategy, and orals defense
- Translate client requirements into target operating models across process, technology, automation, pricing, and transition
- Build business cases quantifying ROI, savings, and transformation value
- Bring deep expertise across P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A;, Treasury, Tax, and Statutory Reporting




- Drive RPA/AI/ML-led automation into solution designs
- Act as trusted advisor to CFOs and senior finance stakeholders; present to C-suite audiences
- Lead and mentor a team of solution architects and domain specialists

Preferred candidate profile
- Solid, proven experience in Bid Management, Solutioning, RFP/RFI Management, Presales, and Client Solution Design (core requirement)
- Deep F&A; domain expertise across the full process scope
- Track record leading large enterprise pursuits and C-suite engagement
- Background from Genpact, WNS, Accenture, Deloitte, or Wipro preferred
