Job description:
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Handhold customers throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding while addressing customer concerns.




- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer service.
- Follow defined processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain professionalism and composure while handling sensitive customer interactions.

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable handling voice calls
- Willingness to work in US shifts
- Minimum 6 months of Voice background
- Prior US Healthcare/BPO experience preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
