Inviting applications for the role of Sourcing & Procurement Tail Spend/Tactical Buyer

Work Location Uppal, Hyderabad

Shift timing- US shift (6:30pm to 3:30 am)

Requirement is open for all 5 days from office.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing procurement data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve sourcing strategies and supplier performance. This role requires a solid analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Experience in category taxonomy building and analysis.
- Spend data cleansing and making it meaningful for designing sourcing strategy.
- Identifying catalogue opportunities.
- Looking forward for supplier rationalization opportunities based on historical spend.
- Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and sourcing.
- Proactively identifying trends, patterns,



and anomalies in data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to understand their data needs and provide insights.
- Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier performance improvements. Perform CBA (Cost Benefit Analysis).
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven procurement strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Track the tail spend by market and spend managed by Buying Desk
- Track and report savings, KPIs and other performance indicators
- Spot/Tactical Buyer Procures goods and services, obtains quotation, develops proposals and/or negotiates contracts of low to moderate value/risk consistent with client requirements.
