, we want to make matcha in India a phenomenon.

We’re looking for someone who can help take Avora into cafés, events and spaces across the country. You’ll find potential partners, start conversations, pitch Avora and help create experiences that introduce more people to genuinely good matcha.

This is not a desk-only role. It is for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and making things happen on the ground.

What you’ll do
- Find cafés, restaurants, hotels and lifestyle spaces that could become Avora partners
- Reach out to potential partners through calls, emails, Instagram and in-person visits
- Introduce and pitch Avora to café owners, chefs, beverage teams and decision-makers
- Attend meetings, tastings and presentations
- Follow up consistently and help move conversations towards partnerships
- Maintain a clear pipeline of leads, meetings and opportunities




- Coordinate product samples, tastings and partner onboarding
- Support existing café partners and help identify opportunities to grow each account
- Find events, communities and spaces where Avora can host pop-ups or experiences
- Plan and manage pop-ups, tastings, collaborations and brand activations
- Coordinate inventory, staffing, setup and customer experience for events
- Capture feedback and insights from café partners and customers
- Represent Avora confidently at meetings, events and collaborations

- Are organised and good at following up
