We are looking for an SDR / Inside Sales Representative to join our team in India. In this role, you will help build a strong enterprise sales pipeline by finding new prospects, understanding their needs, and setting quality meetings for the Enterprise Sales Lead.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is target-driven, curious, resilient, and eager to learn. You will gain valuable experience in SaaS sales, outbound prospecting, account research, and enterprise sales.

Responsibilities
- Find and contact new business prospects through outbound sales activities.
- Qualify leads using sales methods such as BANT and MEDDIC.
- Set quality meetings for the Enterprise Sales Lead.
- Create and manage multi-touch outreach sequences.




- Research target companies and key decision-makers.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Track sales activity and support pipeline reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional way.
- Meet activity, lead, and meeting targets.

Qualifications

Must-Have
- 13 years of experience in SaaS SDR, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and daily activity goals.
- Robust follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have
- Experience selling to the UK market.
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology.
- Familiarity with sales engagement and prospecting tools.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of BANT or
