Job Details

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen governance, transparency, and accountability across CSR and sustainability projects. Support end-to-end governance processes including due diligence, field assessments, impact monitoring, compliance reviews, project audits, documentation, and reporting. Ensure projects are implemented in line with organizational requirements, regulatory expectations, and CSR objectives while supporting sustainability disclosures, EPR compliance, and ESG-related initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sustainability, Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, Environmental Science, Engineering, Management, or related field.

Relevant Experience

2-4 years of experience in CSR project management, governance, monitoring & evaluation, sustainability, development sector, impact assessment, audit, or compliance-related roles. Experience working with NGOs, community projects, field assessments, or governance frameworks will be preferred.
