Lead and manage the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time. Coordinate with architect and other consultants.
- Analyse building/ property codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents for enabling business/ development activities.
- Draw rough and detailed scale plans along with team for properties based on preliminary concepts through drawings and specifications.
- Review, design architectural, engineering plans and ensuring all plans comply with government norms.
- Liaise with clients (Retailers, office tenants etc.,) to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project design requirements are met.
- Understanding the preparation and submission of required documents for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from external authorities and agencies.
- Research and maintain knowledge on various design disciplines, methods and materials
- Instigate and lead discussions related specifically to Architectural and related issues
- Monitoring the work of other architects and making recommendations or scheduling meetings as required
- Act as a mentor to current architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and providing guidance wherever necessary
- Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
Business Development Responsibilities:
- Evaluating properties and analysing its business potential along with Finance Team
- Ability to communicate with clients and present business proposals with design and concepts for Retail, office, commercial, Residential spaces to clients, addressing their feedback and concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and proposals
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build professional relationships.
Qualification and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's d
