Role & responsibilities
- To carry out plant safety inspections.
- Operation and maintenance of ETP & STP.
- Ensure legal compliances related to SPCB & CPCB.
- TPM SHE pillar compliances.
- Maintaining accident reporting system & First aid accident investigation and corrective and preventive actions.
- To assist in organizing departmental safety committee meetings and follow up.
- Safety work permit implementation & site visit.
- To do follow up in purchase and store departments in ensuring availability of personal protective equipment
- Attending Sunrise meetings to have dialogues with front line employees.
- Safety Shoes and apron finalization and distribution.
- To assist in conducting mock drills.
- To inspect the fire extinguishers and arrange to service. Conduct safety induction training.
- Collection and collation and reporting Sustainability data.
- Conduct tool box talk.




- To evaluation of the effectiveness of action taken to reduce incidents. Like safety meeting, awareness communication through mail.
- Arrange contractor safety committee meetings and review.
- To respond to employees safety concerns.
- Lock out tag out implementation.
- On line incident tracking system follow up of unsafe condition/unsafe action reporting and promoting

Preferred candidate profile
- Analyse safety data, carry out trend analysis, monitor safety performance, prepare reports (documents, presentations)
- Operation & Maintenance of ETP & STP.

Legal compliances related to SPCB & CPCB.

Education:

Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from MSBTE.

M.Sc / M. Tech - Workplace Engineer / Diploma - Mechanical Or Electrical
