Role Description
The Placement Coordinator role is a full time,



on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end placement activities, including building and maintaining employer relationships, coordinating campus recruitment drives, and connecting learners with suitable job opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing mock interviews and job-readiness sessions, tracking learner progress, preparing placement reports, and ensuring timely communication between learners, faculty, and hiring partners. The Placement Coordinator will also conduct career counseling sessions, support learners with resume and portfolio preparation, and collaborate with trainers to align placement support with course outcomes. This role requires proactive engagement with the tech industry and consistent follow-up to optimize placement rates and learner success.
