Roles and Responsibilities :
- 1. Housekeeping of All the production Area.

2. Housekeeping and maintenance of Washrooms ( staff washroom, Ladies Staff Washrooms, Ladies labour washroom, Gents labour washroom)

3. Housekeeping in stores area ( FG store, RM± Store, Office and QC labs)

4. Housekeeping of outskirt premises

5. Scarp yard management ( ensure the scrap to be arrange in proper manner, timely scrap sale and proper record)

6. Security Management ( Ensure the securities attendance, Ensure the Inward/outward activity and proper record, securities reporting system)

7. Labour management ( Labours discipline, Labour attendance and salary data, ensure the labour availability as per requirement, Manage labour contractors )

8. Staff attendance and salary data. Staff In/out timing and notification

9. Vehicle management for company vehicles

10.



Hospitality ( Arrange room booking, Food, Pickup drop etc. For the Guest)

11. Local purchase of admin related items.

12. Courier management

13. Apprentice/intern recruitment with Apprentice reimbursement

14. New Joinee & exit formalities.

Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the travel & tourism industry.
- Robust knowledge of housekeeping procedures, including cleaning schedules, inventory management, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate team members towards achieving high standards of service excellence.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak periods or unexpected events.
