Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities, supervise workers, and ensure that construction work is completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily civil construction and repair activities at the site.
- Monitor labour, subcontractors, and site work progress.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and material records.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain site discipline.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
