Job Overview

As Area Sales Manager India & Sri Lanka, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Vencomatic Group's market presence across the region. You will develop strong relationships with distributors, dealers, key accounts, and other industry stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities and supporting customers with innovative poultry solutions.

You understand the challenges and opportunities within the poultry industry and act as a trusted business partner to customers. Through your market knowledge, commercial mindset, and consultative sales approach,



you contribute to sustainable business growth and long-term customer success.

*Responsibilities*

· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the execution of the regional sales strategy.

· Develop and expand the distributor and dealer network across India and Sri Lanka.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the poultry industry.

· Build and maintain solid relationships with poultry producers, integrators, distributors, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.

· Manage strategic customer accounts and support long-term customer success.

· Conduct commercial negotiations and conclude sales agreements in line with company objectives.

· Advise customers on poultry housing, egg handling, and climate solutions to support efficient and sustainable operations.

· Monitor market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities, translating insights into commercial opportunities.
