Laboratory Technician Agro Biotechnology Lab (Sophisticated Instruments)

Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot sophisticated biotechnology instruments.
- Support faculty members, researchers, and students during practical classes and research projects.
- Handle instruments such as PCR Systems, Gel Documentation System, Electrophoresis System, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, CO Incubator, Biosafety Cabinet, Laminar Air Flow, Autoclave, Centrifuges, Fluorescence Microscope, and Deep Freezers.
- Prepare laboratory reagents, media, and buffers following SOPs.
- Maintain equipment logbooks, calibration records, inventory, and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Positive Laboratory Practices (GLP) and biosafety guidelines.
- Assist in procurement, annual maintenance, and laboratory accreditation activities.

Essential Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2years of experience in handling sophisticated biotechnology instruments in a university, research institute, or industry.
