Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop substation layouts for 400kV systems using AIS (Automatic Identification System) software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during the design process.
- Conduct site visits to inspect existing substations and identify areas for improvement or upgrade requirements.
- Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and documentation for substation equipment installations.
Job Requirements :
- 4-20 years of experience in substation design engineering with a focus on high-voltage systems (400kV).
- Proficiency in GIS (Geographic Information System) software for mapping and spatial analysis.
- Robust understanding of AIS protocols and their application in power transmission networks.
- Experience working with various types of transformers, switchgear, and other electrical equipment used in substations.
