Net2Source is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Lead with deep expertise in US staffing and executive hiring. This individual will play a critical role in attracting top-tier sales leaders, delivery leaders, and senior executives who will contribute to Net2Source's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive, leadership, and strategic sales positions.
- Develop and execute executive search strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to understand business goals and workforce needs.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for critical and confidential searches.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and leadership talent intelligence.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Drive hiring metrics, reporting, and recruitment process improvements.
- Strengthen employer branding and executive candidate engagement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide recruiters supporting leadership hiring efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on US Staffing.
- Demonstrated success hiring sales leaders, account executives, directors, VPs, and other leadership positions.
- Strong executive search and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Experience interacting with senior executives and C-suite leadership.
- Ability to manage confidential searches with professionalism and discretion.
- Robust sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other executive search platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large staffing or workforce solutions organizations.
- Prior experience recruiting for US-based sales and staffing leadership roles.
