About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to take end-to-end ownership of assigned brands/products, from brand strategy and positioning to consumer acquisition, product growth and revenue delivery.

This is a business-focused brand management role requiring a combination of strong brand-building, digital marketing, product growth and commercial understanding. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth across digital, e-commerce, marketplaces, modern trade, general trade and pharmacy channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall brand and product growth strategy, including annual, quarterly and monthly plans.
- Drive revenue, volume, contribution, CAC, ROAS, conversion, repeat purchase and other key business metrics.
- Develop strategies for hero products,



current launches and underperforming SKUs.
- Identify product USPs, consumer insights and market opportunities and convert them into strong marketing propositions.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across TV/CTV, digital, social media, retail, print, outdoor and other relevant channels.
- Work with creative and media agencies to develop impactful brand communication and media plans.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align brand campaigns with acquisition and revenue objectives.
- Understand and optimise key digital metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR and AOV.
- Drive brand growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other marketplaces.
- Optimise PDPs, product listings, A+ content, storefronts, banners and marketplace communication.
- Develop marketing communication for modern trade, general trade, pharmacies and chemists, including POSM and retail activation.
