Position Purpose
We are looking for a CA Qualified Finance Qualified to join our Finance & Accounts team as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Accounts & Finance.
The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, timely financial reporting, effective budgetary control, statutory compliance, audit management, and robust financial governance. The position will also support business decision-making through meaningful MIS and financial analysis, manage CAPEX and fixed assets, and drive adherence to accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Statutory Audit and Internal Audit and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Manage monthly closing and finalization of books of accounts as per organizational timelines.
- Prepare and analyze Monthly MIS Reports for management review.
- Perform Budget vs. Actual and Estimate variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure timely and accurate capitalization of assets and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Monitor and control CAPEX expenditure against approved budgets.
- Track and control key budgeted financial parameters and cost elements.
- Prepare Annual Financial Budget, Forecasts, and Long-Term Financial Plans.
- Review and verify monthly payroll accounting entries in coordination with HR and payroll teams.
- Calculate and review employee income tax computations and statutory deductions.
- Review day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure adherence to accounting policies.
