Role Description
The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Nagpur.



The Assistant Manager will support branch operations and sales activities, including assisting in client onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks across products such as equities, mutual funds, bonds, and other investment solutions. This role will involve coordinating with relationship managers to address client queries, preparing reports and dashboards on business performance, and tracking key metrics. The Assistant Manager will help implement marketing initiatives, ensure timely execution of trades and transactions, and maintain accurate records in internal systems. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service quality, adhering to regulatory and internal guidelines, and contributing to the achievement of branch revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
