Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven
Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
with 4–5 years of experience in
B2B IT Services, SaaS, Technology Consulting, or Enterprise Solutions Sales
.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with
prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, client meetings, requirement discovery, solution pitching, proposal coordination, and closing opportunities
.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager, presales,



technical, and delivery teams to identify opportunities and convert them into successful business engagements.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential B2B and enterprise customers.
- Generate leads through:
- Cold calling
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email campaigns
- Networking
- References and existing connections
- Industry events and conferences
- Online research and prospecting platforms
- Build and continuously maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify relevant decision-makers such as
CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, COOs, IT Heads, Data Heads, and Business Heads
.

2. Client Engagement
- Initiate conversations with prospects and understand their business challenges.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings.
- Identify technology requirements and business pain points.
- Position relevant MetaForData solutions based on customer requirements.
