- Welcome guests and assist them with seating in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and arrange tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and other service items.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options to guests when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Ensure timely and correct delivery of orders to guests.
- Check with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and attend to additional requirements.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, restaurant, and bar areas.
- Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant/bar before and after service.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment carefully.
- Assist the bar team with basic service and preparation duties as instructed.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverage service equipment.




- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and other departments for smooth service.
- Handle guest complaints politely and immediately inform the supervisor when necessary.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain proper grooming, personal hygiene, and skilled appearance.
- Assist with stock handling and report damaged or missing service items.
- Support colleagues during busy service periods and special events.
- Follow responsible service procedures and resort/company policies regarding alcoholic beverages.
- Perform other duties assigned by the F&B; Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Supervisor.

Pay: ₹12,651.54 - ₹16,006.18 per month
