Role & responsibilities
- Achieve daily manpower targets as per the production plan.
- Maintain required daily manpower levels to support operational targets.
- Coordinate manpower allocation to achieve daily operational requirements. Ensure daily target achievement through effective manpower management.
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations as per the approved production plan.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) to maximize equipment productivity and minimize downtime
- Ensure batch manufacturing is carried out according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
- Monitor process parameters and maintain product quality throughout the production cycle.
- Optimize manpower, equipment, and material utilization to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality Control for raw material approval, in-process checks, and finished product release.
- Maintain production records, logbooks, batch records accurately.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
