Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Executive role based in Durgapur. The Retail Sales Executive will greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable ethnic wear and accessories that align with the brand’s vintage and contemporary style. Typical responsibilities include managing the sales floor, maintaining visual merchandising standards,



handling billing and cash transactions, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. The role also involves explaining product features and fabric details, managing exchanges and returns, and delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. The Retail Sales Executive will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets and support promotional activities.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage courteously and professionally with diverse customers.
- Sales and retail operations abilities, including upselling, cross-selling, handling POS systems, and managing cash and billing accurately.
- Knowledge or interest in ethnic fashion, fabrics, and trends, with the capability to guide customers on styling and product selection.
